Unregulated rage can destroy. Suppressed rage can rot you from the inside. But channelled rage? Channelled rage builds empires. It leaves dead timelines. It births art. It tells the truth. It protects what is sacred. It becomes clean leadership. This is why nervous system work matters. Not so you become quieter. Not so you become easier to digest. Not so you can endlessly “cope.” But so your body can safely hold the intensity of your truth without self-destructing. A regulated woman who can access her sacred rage consciously? That woman becomes impossible to control. And highly creative. And highly productive. And highly self-honouring. She stops leaking life force into suppression. She creates.
